The offices of the Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture are no longer located upstairs of Building No. 9.  They have instead been moved to building 3-4 here at Port Zante.

Square Duty Free is now located at Building No. 9, Port Zante and offers a wide variety of Spirits and cigars.

Jerry Jewellers and Sean Jewellery
Building No. 3-4 is now home to both Jerry Jewellers and Sean Jewellery.  With a wide range of fine jewellery, you are promised to have an exciting shopping experience.

KHT Holdings:
KHT Holdings, the administrative office for Christophe Harbour Development is now located in Building No. 5 here at Port Zante.

New Taxi Parking Facility:
Taxi Drivers can now take advantage of the new Taxi Parking Facility located at the back of Building No. 9 here at Port Zante.  This new facility offers spacious bathrooms, a reserved tour dispatch area and even a Kitchenette.  Up to eighty (80) vehicles can be accommodated at any given time allowing for the smooth flow of traffic. 

Mapau/Sweet Lime
Port Zante is the newest home of Sweet Lime out of Trinidad.  The popular chain operates the Mapau Casino and the Sweet Lime Restaurant and Entertainment Centre in building No. 23. 

Duty Free Plaza
Duty Free Plaza is now located in Building No. 2  and offers a wide range of designer bags and sunglasses that include, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Guess, Salvatore Ferragamo,  Prada, Dior and Versace.  They also offer select brands in liquor and cigars.

Digicel:
Digicel, one of the island’s major telecommunications providers now operates a customer care outlet in Building No. 16 here at Port Zante. 

Marina Village:
Construction of the Marina Village is presently in progress and is expected to be completed for the upcoming 2009-2010 cruise season and will offer new shopping areas and 100 condominium units.

Rose and Crown Pub
Building No. 21 is now home to the Rose and Crown Pub offering patrons an authentic English pub experience.
